Took my vehicle in to the service department to replace a part which was triggering my check engine light. Despite booking about 3 weeks in advance over the phone, they didn’t have any record of the appointment. However, they graciously took me in, fixed me up quickly and even washed my vehicle! Slight hiccup with the booking but they didn’t miss a beat, and I picked up the vehicle sparkly and clean. Will definitely go back again should I ever need to!
